From Dr. Sladek
I never have to tell Jake twice on anything, he listens, he does what he supposed to do, he’s humble and nice to his peers, eager to learn, steps up when needed… he exhibits a lot of great qualities in an ideal resident.
From Dr. Eid
Shout out to David Thomas he had a very busy night and was able to triage patients including manage a dissection that the er wasn’t concerned about.
From Dr. Felix
Expectations are high but I must say that David Thomas, Tim(Bits) Beuca and Sini Saju have worked very hard. It wasn't always perfect but their dedication to learn and improve daily were commendable.

Jake Poliakoff is dedicated, motivated,takes ownership and is a great role model.
From Dr. Eid
Abdul Hashimie goes above and beyond to do what’s best for the patient-doesn’t even have to be his.
From Dr. Randhawa
Timothy Joseph was covering over the weekend. He took ownership, asked questions, and participated in patient care for the entire team— despite him only being there for one day.
From Dr. Felix
Thulfiqar Aljashamy is showing great promise. He is dedicated, takes feedback well and applies said feedback. It has not gone unnoticed that his patients appreciate the time that he explains medical conditions to them. He recognizes when he needs help. I also appreciated his help in a dying patient. He obtained all necessary supplies and showed great interest in caring for her.
Abdul Hashimie has developed into a great leader and caring physician. He is a joy to have on a team and a great patient advocate. He helps out his team in any way and has a great attitude. Awesome start to third year. :D
From Dr. Sladek
Ian Dawkins helped a patient who was desperate for mental health…. On verge of being baker acted….He stayed with a pt for over 2 hours in clinic, long after everyone was gone, to ensure she got the help she needed
Alicia Killian also stayed with the above patient as well talking through things with her, making her feel comfortable and letting her know she’s not alone. Alexander Amswime also helped. Great job!

JULY 2022
From Patient:
I’m bummed we didn’t see Dr. Foster again before leaving. We loved her! She was so thorough and clear (pretty blunt) about everything but so, so caring. She didn’t go into surgery with Glenn, but he said she walked down with him, holding his hand and reassuring him all the way. 💜
From Dr. Randhawa:
Rashad Adil has shown a lot of growth, and is working well independently. He is taking a lot of ownership of his patients👍
From Dr. Sladek:
Dr Timothy Joseph went above and beyond for patient who needed urgently to get into a psychiatrist- was told not till October when she called , he called around got her in the next day.
From Dr Eid:
Sonia Safraz and Ben Reinhold deserve mention for being diligent on managing a subdural bleed and getting patient transferred.
From Dr. Felix:
Dr Kyle Strousse for being dilligent and being a great advocate for a patient who needed a bronch. He followed up and got patient situated quickly. Dr Shaikh (and bake) Afaq for being thorough patient care and taking ownership of his patients and errors. Great last week as interns.
From Dr. Muddassir:
Shoutout to Drs. Dawkins and Bhatia- you guys are doing great.
